Choose the correct height of the handles!

A good upright posture is related to the height of the handles of your walking frame. If these are too low, you will have to curve. However, if the handles are too high, you will not have enough support from your walking frame. The ideal handle height is at the height of your wrists. You can measure this height by standing up straight with your arms at your sides. Then measure the height from the ground to your wrists. This is the height to which the handles of your walking frame should be set. Many walking frames are adjustable, so you can always set the handles to the right height. Note, however, that the handle can also be adjusted to your desired handle height. Each walking frame has a different minimum and maximum handle height.
