Flex-ion has separate springs for each finger . Unlike many other hand training materials , a strong finger cannot compensate for a weaker one.
This Flex-ion is comparable to the Digi-flex® , is slightly cheaper and has a beige, extra light version for weak hands. An information/exercise booklet is included.
