Separation textiles or also called anti-tear textiles are textile products that are safe for use in seclusion cells, EBK or isolation cells in psychiatric hospitals, police cells, penitentiary institutions, cells in detention centers and for mentally retarded care institutions.

The anti-tear linen must be permanently flame retardant, it must have high tear strength and high tensile strength.

Due to the special construction, the isolation blankets , isolation clothing such as; separation shirts, separation trousers, separation cushions and separation mattresses suitable for isolation rooms.
These items are also suitable for use in the Extra Secure Room (EBK).

2 DIFFERENT QUALITIES OF SEPARATING TEXTILES IN OUR RANGE:

1. The Convenience Line (blue)* has a high tear strength and a high tensile strength and the fabric is very comfortable and permanently flame retardant. Most anti-tear items are made for this separator line. For example, we have separation blankets or anti-tear blankets, separation shirts, separation shorts, separation dresses, separation mattress covers, separation pillows, separation pillowcases, separation sheets and separation pants; see more info below.

2. The strongest separation textile is our Advanced Line (Beige). This line of anti-tear textiles is made of anti-tear linen with extremely high tear strength, extremely high tensile strength, extremely fireproof. Institutions with intellectual disabilities, psychiatric institutions and psychiatric hospitals use the advance line for patients where the textile must be extremely resistant to aggression.

3. ANTI-TEAR BLANKET XL 150 X 250 CM

Separation blanket convenience line in extra long length.

Shirt in long model, length approx. 125 cm in Universal sizing.

6. ANTI-TEAR MATTRESS COVER

Anti-tear mattress cover.

Mattress cover that protects the mattress all around for clients with tearing behavior.
The cover closes with strap locks (not required for the 5 pieces included) on the short side of the mattress.

Anti-tear demolition convenience line.
