GERT aging simulation suit - for rent

The GERT aging simulation suit consists of a gravity vest, ankle and wrist weights, elbow and knee bandage, gloves, overshoes, a cervical collar, overglasses, a glasses set for simulating the most common visual impairments, a tremor simulator and earplugs.

The GERT Suitcase is supplied with manuals in a transport case .

• Transport: Transport costs (there and back) are free, the return label is supplied by us in the suitcase. You are responsible for returning the suitcase on time. We will see from the barcode when it will be returned. Every additional day that falls outside the rental contract will be invoiced afterwards at the pre-announced prices.
• Deposit: A deposit of EUR 300 is required, which will be refunded upon receipt.
• Order: Please indicate during your order (in the comments field) which day you would like to receive your GERT Suitcase. We ensure that it is delivered on time. You will find the comments field on the payment page:

1. Ankle weight belts: The weights can be adjusted by removing or adding the iron bars.

2. Knee bandage: Wrap tightly around the knee with a straight leg.

3. Weight vest: The weight pockets can be individually adjusted before putting on
and divided. The vest can be made lighter or heavier.

4. Gloves: There are 3 sizes; S, M and L. Choose the size so that the glove fits tightly and the possibility of gripping is limited. Disposable gloves or thin cloth gloves that can be put on under the glove also reduce the sensitivity of the fingertips.

5. Wrist weight belts: Tighten over the glove cuffs. Wrist belt weight cannot be adjusted.

6. Elbow and knee bandage: Wrap tightly around the elbows with an extended arm.

7. Neck collar: Closure to the back. Do not apply too tightly, so that limited head movement is still possible.

8. Special glasses: The special glasses of the simulation suit can be worn over any glasses the test subject may have.

9. Earmuffs or earplugs: The test subject can also put in the earplugs before putting on the gloves.

10. Shoe covers: 2 pairs (2 sizes).

11. Simulation glasses: 6 glasses for simulating eye diseases.

12. COPD simulator: 1 rib bandage and 1 adjustable nose clip.

13. Knee pain simulator: 1 pair of knee straps with built-in stimulus elements.

14. Kyphosis simulator: 1 hip belt, 1 neck belt and 1 walking stick.

15. Tremor simulator: 2 pairs of gloves in 2 sizes and 1 control unit.

Please note: By putting on the old age simulation suit, less strong people or people with health problems may be placed under excessive strain. Each subject should be asked about his or her health status. The aging simulation suit may only be used under professional supervision. The weights should be reduced for physically weak persons. The aging simulation suit is not suitable for children, pregnant women and elderly people.
