Ruby 10-inch

A 10-inch screen magnifier with touch screen, speech and clear image display.

The RUBY 10 video magnifier has a 10-inch touchscreen and three built-in cameras. A magnifying camera, an overview camera and a full-page camera. For example, you can enlarge letters, magazines, labels and photos and have them read aloud. In addition, the device has 10 different functions so that reading can be fully adapted to your view.

The cameras

• You use the camera in the middle of the device to enlarge and read a document on a table.
• You use the 2nd camera in the middle of the device to view an object while holding the device in your hand, for example while shopping or at a restaurant.
• The 3rd camera was placed on the rotating arm. This way you can make a full-page image or just a part of a document to write on it.

With the push of a button you can scan any document and have it read aloud.

The RUBY 10 features unique and patented display modes.

Filters for the color blind : this way you can better distinguish colors in real time. These filters are intended to improve contrast in protanopia (red color blindness), deuteranopia (green color blindness), and tritanopia (blue color blindness).

The light sensitivity filter is designed to maximize comfort during extended use by minimizing light discomfort. You can set the optimal level of brightness and contrast yourself. Any eye condition can benefit from this, but it is also highly recommended for macular degeneration and retinitis pigmentosa.

Edge enhancement modes attempt to improve object recognition by removing visual noise:

• Edge Enhancement makes the edges of objects in an image stand out against the background.
• The Edges Only mode removes colors and shows only the lines and edges of objects in the image.
• Edge smoothing reduces visual noise when using high contrast.

The dynamic contrast algorithm automatically adjusts the contrast in different parts of the image, improving the visual experience in higher lighting conditions.
