• Rule of thumb weight (in kilograms):
  Choose the weight of the blanket that is about 10% of your body weight. Are you in doubt between 2 weights? Take the lighter version if this is your first weighted blanket.
• Rule of thumb size (in metres and centimetres):
  + Length: Are you taller than 1.80 m? Choose a length of blanket of 220 cm, otherwise choose 200 cm.
  + Width: If your mattress is between 70-90 cm wide, choose 140 cm width, otherwise opt for a wider size.
  + Will you be sleeping with 2 under the blanket? Choose widths 230 or 200 cm, or if you sleep in a smaller bed 150 cm.

The renewed Hana© gravity duvet is filled with special glass microbeads, specially developed for better thermal conductivity, which means a Hana© duvet is not warmer than a normal duvet.

2. Double polyester layer
Our blankets consist of 7(!) layers. The usual 5-layer design tends to tear quickly and because of the double polyester layer, our duvet will last for years.

3. Loop system for a perfect fixation of the blanket
Twelve special stitches ensure that the weight of the duvet remains well distributed over the entire surface.

4. Double diamond stitching with 10*10cm per square
No worries about the glass beads falling out due to this unique stitching pattern. The Hana© stitching pattern also ensures the best distribution of weight in the blanket. Developed by Hana©, this stitching pattern makes us unique in the weighted textile market.

5. Fully machine washable

Unlike low-quality gravity blankets, the Hana© gravity duvet can simply be washed in the washing machine. We recommend washing the Hana© cover at a maximum temperature of 40°C, and the inner gravity duvet at a maximum temperature of 30°C. However, the inner weighted part should not be put in the dryer.
