Push ortho ankle brace Aequi

The Push ortho Ankle Brace Aequi is an efficient ankle orthosis that offers a good balance between powerful mechanical support for the unstable ankle and wearing comfort. The rigid support is located exclusively on the medial side of the ankle and has a recess on the malleolus. The lateral side is made of pre-formed foam, which easily adapts to the individual shape of the ankle. The brace is closed by a diagonal strap. The elastic bands apply pressure around the ankle. The Push Aequi can be used for functional treatment of ankle sprains and for long-term use in chronic instability. The inversion/eversion movement (outward and inward tilting of the foot) is limited, while plantar dorsiflexion (bending and stretching) is left sufficiently free, so that no hindrance is experienced when the foot rolls off. The Push Aequi is worn over the sock. Optimal stabilization is achieved when the brace is worn in a closed (laced) shoe. INDICATIONS
