• How does viscoelastic foam behave when we sit on it?
- from 0 to 3 minutes, the foam heats up under the influence of body temperature and pressure
- from 3 to 10 minutes the foam has solidified and the shape stabilizes
- after 10 minutes the foam retains the shape assumed by the user's structure

• Application:
- Viscoelastic foam is not judged by the first impression, as it gradually (within 10 minutes) softens on contact with body temperature. The advantages of SYST'AM® foam are that, unlike industrial foam (cut or injected), it retains its shape (structure) and thus protects the patient's body from contact with the seat under the cushion.
