Left and right scissors?
All too often scissors are sold that are claimed to be for left-handed people, but where only the eyes are formed after a left hand. It is necessary that the cutting surfaces intersect in an opposite way, otherwise the natural pinching motion will push the blades away from each other instead of against each other.
