Cup Ornamin Culinar

The Culinar tableware series from Ornamin is a nice alternative to porcelain. The range includes plates, soup bowls, cups with or without handles. This high-quality melamine drinking cup from Ornamin has the look of a ceramic cup due to its shine. It is sturdier and heavier than the 1208-1210 series. The top edge is slightly curved outwards for optimal lip position.

Cleaning advice: dishwasher safe up to 70° C, a short heating of max. 1 minute to 100° is possible. PBT is more resistant to frequent washing and drying at high temperatures than, for example, clear plastic. Aggressive acidic washing products or ammonia are not suitable for this type of plastic. Not suitable for thermo-sterilization or microwave. Recyclable by pulverization.

Attention to sufficient fluid intake, swallowing difficulties and independence is increasing. There is a wide choice of functional and contemporary cups that meet these needs.
Hard plastic cups have the advantage that they are often extra transparent and therefore look nicer.
However, keep in mind that any hard plastic cup will suffer minuscule damage (micro cracks or discoloration) when used frequently in an industrial dishwasher and will therefore not last forever; Also ensure that these cups are not stacked together during the cooling phase before they have completely cooled down.

The manufacturer's "dishwasher safe" statement is therefore relative and often limited to household use.
