How does the safety mechanism work?
The chair usually gets stuck when you tilt the chair and the back hits the wall. The European guidelines require us to let the chair go in safety.
How do I reset the electric tilt seat accordingly?
The reset can be done by pressing the 2 buttons on the hand control at the same time for 3 sec. Then the chair should be reset.

They will contact you at least 1 day in advance by phone on the phone number you provided to make an appointment together. The delivery and installation are planned efficiently and quickly in this way.
