INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• 1. Firmly grip the knife handle.
  2. Place both ends of the blade on the plate and rest the sharp part against the food. 3. Move the blade back and forth while pressing down until the food is cut. The knife has a loop to attach a utensil belt.

• Household dishwasher safe up to 70℃.
• Clean the blade completely. DO NOT loosen the inner and outer handles.
• DO NOT use UV light to disinfect the product.
• Be careful when using.  Keep out of reach of children.
• Regularly inspect for wear and damage.
