• Super absorbent wound dressing with a hydrophobic top layer

• Applications:
- Mextra® Super Absorbent is suitable for moderately to heavily exuding wounds
- Exudate is absorbed by the contact layer and retained in the central layer of the dressing
- This minimizes the risk of maceration
- The protective hydrophobic fleece acts as a moisture barrier and prevents exudate leakage

• Frequency of dressing changes:
- Mextra® Superabsorbent can remain in place for several days
- The dressing should be changed depending on the clinical condition of the wound or when the absorbency of the dressing is saturated
• Sterile
