Vibration training on the Powerboard with alternatingmovements adapted to the anatomy of the body stimulates the muscles that are working in a way that is pleasant for the joints. A stretchingmotion is initiated in the muscles leading to a contraction of the legs all the way to the back. The number of movements per second varies depending on the frequency of the workout.
