The new ProPulse® earwash is the most convenient, safest and most effective earwash system designed for flushing the ear canal from earwax, keratin and foreign bodies.

Electric ear syringes are generally safer to use than a metal ear syringe due to the controlled water release. The Propulse is the only one with the patented QRX pulse technique, which makes cerumen easier to remove and easy to remove. Operation is simple: fill the reservoir with lukewarm water, place a clean tip on the handle and start the treatment.
