Repose - Heel wedge Standard (69 x 45 cm) + pump

A Repose heel wedge is placed at the foot of a static, reactive or dynamic mattress, preferably under the bottom sheet. The calves and Achilles tendons of both legs are gently supported, while both heels hang completely freely, over the heel wedge. The pressure on both heels is completely relieved in this case.

The heel wedge also offers the more active patient the necessary freedom to regularly change the position of the feet.

A Repose heel wedge can also be used as a pillow for sedated patients to provide the necessary protection occipitally or at the level of the ears. The narrow version with 5 extra air cells is ideal for positioning patients in a prone position. The narrow heel wedge is placed under the lower legs while the backs of both feet rest on the highest cell.
