Warranty

We care about our products and naturally strive to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it occasionally happens that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs which entitles you to warranty coverage. According to the law, you are obliged to report any defects to us within two months of discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty period, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It is always possible that things don't go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by submitting a ticket through your account or by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, you have the option to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur (Webshop Quality Foundation). Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the possibility to submit complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. If your complaint has not been addressed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
