What are the shipping costs?

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

For orders from € 60, - : FREE (BE, NL, FR)

Belgium:

• For orders under € 60,- : € 4,99 for deliveries at a postal point and € 5,60 for home deliveries.

Netherlands:

• For orders under € 60,- : € 5.99

France:

• For orders under € 60,- : € 8,99

Other countries

Delivery abroad is made via courier services (GLS). Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 8:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot communicate the exact time of delivery.
You will always receive a track and trace email to follow the delivery of your package.

Can I pick up the order myself?

You can pick up your package yourself in exceptional cases. Please contact us at [email protected].

What should I do if I have entered an incorrect address?

If you entered an incorrect address and your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do to change it. You will be charged $5 for re-shipping if your items are reshipped to you. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions or comments about this. In the event that your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we will charge shipping costs again. Please check all addresses before placing an order. In case you do not want your package returned, we will charge a re-stocking fee of €6. The fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
