High-low desk: Why? Read the blog here .
Active and dynamic working. During the day we are mostly inactive. We eat, drive, work and watch TV sitting down. This sedentary behaviour causes health risks and can be prevented by introducing active dynamic working. You do this by using a height-adjustable desk.
This sit-stand desk can be adjusted manually with a lever (crank handle).
Technical info:
- Height adjustable (optional):
- 62 to 105 cm (43 cm adjustable): for persons from X to Y cm tall
- 70 to 118 cm (48 cm adjustable): for persons from Y to Z cm tall
- How do you choose the right height? The main rule is that when you are standing, the table top is at the height of your navel. For example, a person of 188 cm has a navel at about 113 cm and therefore chooses an adjustability between 70 and 118 cm.
- Length of legs on the ground:
- 75 cm
- Weight of the table:
- about 24 kg
- Table load capacity: 60 kg
- Steel frame colours:
- Silver
- Table top colours:
- White, light grey or natural oak
- The width of the table top is always 80 cm as standard. (if you require another size, please contact us)
- Additional options:
- Screens (see all options here)
- Active sitting stool
- Other options:
- Cable management and clean table
- Storage
- Black wheels, 2x braked, 2x unbraked (M8)
- The crossbar extension: This allows you to adjust the width to 130 – 180 cm.
- Visual: Difference between the 2 heights:
- The length of the frame can be adjusted from 100 cm to 140 cm. The width of the supports on the ground is 75 cm and of the frame at the top (where the table shelf comes on) is 59 cm.
PS: The table is delivered in a box with dimensions 79 x 55 x 15 (LxWxH - cm). There is a clear manual on how to screw the table together.
