Sleeping bag adult stretch
The stretch sleeping bag offers the user an ideal balance between freedom of movement and protection. The sleeping bag prevents the incontinence material from tearing, exposure and ensures a safe night's sleep.
Select the different options:
- standard without sleeve, without probe zipper
- option half long sleeve
- option long sleeves
- option probe / alternating zipper
- option shoulder zippers
The sleeping bag is available in different versions: a version in stretch fabric (standard) and a version in a fire-retardant fabric (FR plus) and a version in a fire-retardant and tear-resistant fabric (FR / TR).
The zipper runs from the chin to the foot of the bed so that the patient cannot get out of the sleeping bag by himself. There are fastening hooks at the top and bottom to possibly anchor the sleeping bag to the bed, in order to prevent it from falling out of bed. The standard sleeping bag is suitable for an adult.
This sleeping bag is also suitable for restless patients (FR / TR).
A zipper opening of 10 cm can be provided on the two sides for any tubes.

PS: Choose between a sleeping bag and a nursing blanket?
A sleeping bag and a nursing blanket are both very humane solutions to slightly restrict people's freedom of movement, with the aim of protecting them. The choice for either of these has to do with the nature of the person and the limitation of freedom of movement.
If someone only suffers from picking behavior from the incontinence material and is regularly exposed, a sleeping bag will suffice.
If someone is bothered by plucking behavior and impulsively leaving his bed, a nursing blanket is the ideal solution.
But if someone suffers from the above conditions and is so restless that there is a chance that the mattress will be turned over or the person would fall out of bed, then a 2-piece nursing blanket is the right choice. Because the lower part of a nursing blanket is attached to the bed, the mattress cannot be overturned or the person in question cannot leave the bed.
