Talking calendar clock
This calendar clock displays the digital time, date and time of day in large letters and numbers. The time and time of day are also announced by pressing the large button on the top ("The time is: Thursday, morning, 6 minutes to eleven"). Ideal for people who need structure and for the blind and partially sighted.
This unique calendar clock does much more than just tell the time. For example, this speaking clock has 20 reminder messages. These messages can be set to be spoken daily, weekly or once, or to sound as an alarm signal. A corresponding image also appears on the clock for clarification. Examples of reminder messages are: drink a glass of water, time for medication or planned events such as doctor's appointments or family visits. People often respond better to a voice they know. That is why it is possible to record messages yourself and have them played at the chosen time.
There is a choice of five different displays and three background colours for maximum readability. For the visually impaired it is possible to choose a yellow background with black letters for maximum contrast.
This BBrain calendar clock helps people stay independent, stick to their daily routine and keep important appointments.
Available in two colours and 6 languages; English, Dutch, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
The clock can be placed or hung. Can be used with the supplied power adapter on the mains.
