The VELA Tango 700/700E chairs are the latest models of the popular VELA chair.

They are chairs that offer independence at home and at work in a user-friendly design.
By sitting in a VELA chair, you can perform your usual standing activities safely and comfortably without wasting your energy.
All this thanks to a safe handbrake, easy-rolling wheels, and stable seating comfort.

The VELA Tango 700/700E chairs are the latest models of the popular VELA trippel chair. The Tango 700 replaces the Tango 100EF, 200EF, 500E and 510E.
The frame has been renewed, made more durable and now has a more robust and dynamic look.

The new frame offers more space to trip and is more agile.
The centralbrake is positioned further forward and is also equipped with an integrated foot brake for attendants.

You can put together the chair yourself according to your needs and wishes: different seats and backrests are possible on the new frame.
As with previous models, the new model is also available in different height adjustments .

New electrical functions are possible, such as seat and/or back inclination and the rise and go function.
This last function guides you when standing up and sitting down .

TANGO 700 (manual):

The VELA Tango 700E is equipped with an electric lift system that moves up and down at the touch of a button. This allows you to reach items on the top shelf or low in the cabinet.
The electric lift can also help you get out of the chair . If you have enough balance and strength in your legs to use a manual height adjustment, you can choose a VELA Tango 700.
Thanks to the soft and largewheels, it is easy to movethe chair safely and smoothly , even on tiles and uneven floors . In addition, the chair comes in different seat heights , so that it fits your size perfectly.
An easily accessible handbrake provides safety when performing daily activities, so you don't have to worry about the chair sliding out from under you.

The Active seat is the standard seat with a relatively flat shape that offers sufficient comfort and support to fairly active users.

The Contour seat features higher lateral supports for a more stable seating position. This seat also features memory foam.

The Coxit seat is an arthrodesis seat with a split front, the 2 parts of which are separately adjustable. This is suitable for people with an amputation or leg prosthesis and/or limited movement of the hip or knee.

Backrest:
(wxh) - Low backrest = more freedom of movement, high backrest = more support.

The Active backrest is the standardbackrest with a fairly flat shape. The choice of height depends on the level of comfort and support required.

The Contour backrest features integrated, slightly curved lateral supports for added support and comfort.

The ALB backrest consists of 2 parts for people who need more support and comfort. The lumbar part is easily adjustable (left or right) for optimal, varied support of the back and pelvic area.

All backrests are adjustable in height and inclination.

Tips for choosing the right size

• The choice of backrest size depends on the level of support required.
• For more freedom of movement, a lower backrest can be chosen; if more support is required, it is best to choose a higher backrest and/or the Contour/Support backrest.

  • Main Line Plus (fabric): Main Line Plus is a popular quality fabric from Camira in 67% wool, 20% flame-retardant viscose and 13% viscose.
  • It has very good wear resistance, high comfort and is easy to clean. Wear resistance ≥50,000 Martindale.
  • The colours below are standard colours. However, we can supply all colours listed below. An additional charge and longer delivery may be incurred by choosing a different covering than standard.
  • Clean with a clean, damp cloth, possibly with the addition of a neutral soap.
