The Rollator Back Belt provides support when walking behind the rollator. The product provides support, but also automatically ensures a good posture. Due to the elasticity of the band, the pelvis tilts under the upper body.
ADJUST ROLLATOR
It is important that the handles are adjusted to the correct height. This goes as follows, you will stand between the handles. When you relax your arms, the handles should be adjusted to the height of the wrists (where the watch is). You can then attach the strap.
USING THE ROLLATOR BACKBAND
The Rollatorband is suitable for use in any situation in which a walker is used.
- Indoors: in a rehabilitation center or nursing home with ample room to manoeuvre, without barriers or irregular surfaces.
- Outdoors and indoors: anywhere you have room to manoeuvre, thresholds, walking/rubbing edges, irregular surfaces, for example in a non-adapted home, outside on the street, in shops or on public transport.
When you do not need the rollator belt, disconnect it completely and store it safely so that you cannot trip over the belt, etc.
MOUNTING THE ROLLATOR BAND
Once the Rollatorband has been delivered, you can mount it as follows:
- Remove the strap handle attachments from the packaging.
- Fit the handle attachments around the handles of the rollator.
- Mount the rollator strap by 'sticking' the Velcro on the left or right Velcro attachment.
Make sure that the Handle fittings are tight over the handles.
This affects the operation of the Velcro and the functioning of the strap itself.
