The attention for sufficient fluid intake, swallowing difficulties and independence is increasing.
There is a large choice in functional and contemporary cups that meet these needs.
Hard plastic cups have the advantage that they are often extra transparent and therefore more beautiful.
Keep in mind, however, that every hard plastic cup with frequent use in an industrial dishwasher gets minuscule damage (microcracks or discoloration) and therefore does not last forever; always make sure that these cups are not stacked during the cooling phase before they are completely cooled down.

The indication dishwasher-safe that the manufacturer uses is therefore relatively and often limited to domestic use.
